The Simoleon (§) is the basic unit of currency used in The Sims series. Its value changes between titles, and is not analogous to any real world currency- for example, an SUV can cost up to §4,000; where as a pizza is §40. Simoleons can be earned in many ways, such as through work, hobbies (eg painting or busking) or random events.


How to make Simoleons

  • Get a job
  • Sear through couches
  • Find them on the ground
  • Steal objects
  • Sell objects
  • Compete in opportunities that reward money
