Hunger

Hunger is possibly one of the more important motives for your Sim. As with real people, if a Sim does not eat, they will die. Sims will warn you if they are hungry, by becoming increasingly grumpy and depressed.

How To Resolve

Sims can enjoy a Snack, Quick Meal, Full Meal or Group Meal if they possess a refrigerator. They can also call for a Pizza, but this takes up to an hour to reach your Sims house, and is not as fulfilling as a cooked meal.

Cooking Skills

Cooking Skills comes heavily into this motive. The higher a Sim's Cooking Skill is, the more satisfying the food is, and the less likely the Sims are to start a fire. The lower the Sim's Cooking skill, than the Sims will most likely start a fire.

Cooking Skills can be earned in different ways. Here are some ways to increase your Cooking Skills:

  • Prepare a meal
  • Watch the cooking channel
